Everything was great until the check out. I love all the special touches in the room. The rooms are big.There was a great greeting on the TV with my name. They even had Charmin toilet paper. They have electronic blinds. We were very happy with it all. The girls at the front desk need some customer service training though. They are not friendly and seem to do the bare minimum requirement. The app check out wasn’t working so I checked out at the front desk. I tried to buy a water for our road trip, and she could not figure out how to sell me a water so I just had to go thirsty. I’m guessing that water cost to the hotel a dime at the most. I’m a Diamond member; why not just give me the water if you can’t figure out a way to let me pay for it? This experience ruined what would have been a wonderful 5 star review.

I've always been impressed by the town of Carmel and Fishers, Indianapolis. So when we had the opportunity to spend the weekend in the area, Home2suites turned out to be the perfect place to stay. Very nice and clean rooms, helpful and courteous staff and the free breakfast was pretty good. I must admit, I wasn't too use to the round-a-bout streets getting there, but it was a great experience overall.

My 70 year old mother made a mistake and booked a room in Carmel Indianapolis and wanted to book in Carmel California. We realized it instantly and immediately contacted booking and the hotel. They told us that they had their policy but that by informing us that we would not be going to sleep, the hotel manager could refund the money. A few hours passed and we still had no news. I called again in the afternoon and the receptionist, without asking me for my name or reservation number, told me no and she hung up the phone on me. I called her again and she told me that there were no Managers and that she should call this morning. Today I called and the same receptionist, who is a woman, hung up on me again. I called again and she told me again that there are no Managers. I asked her for contact information and she started yelling and she hung up the phone on me again. It is very sad that a chain like Hilton hires this type of staff. At no time have they asked me for my name or reservation number. We usually travel a lot and we have been to many hotels in the Hilton chain. We have never ever received treatment like this. It's a shame that there are people like that... it's not about wasting money, it's about them not wanting to listen or help.

Elisha W. She really took care of my problem when I forgot my pillow there. I hate hotel pillows so I always bring one of my own. Totally forgot it with the case that matches our bedroom set and my wife was not happy. Elisha shipped it back to me. Awesome. Good amenities. Okay beds. Super clean rooms. Love the tv channel set up. Pretty damn quiet at night. Above average free breakfast.
